Changing or canceling your order

Note: Due to ongoing supply chain shortages, our 24 hour processing window is currently reduced to 2 hours to ensure inventory is available for your order. We appreciate your understanding.

Changes cannot be made to completed orders, but if it has been less than 2 hours from the time you placed your order, you can cancel your order using the order lookup page, and re-order from our store.

To determine if it has been less than 2 hours since you placed your order, please enter your order information into the order lookup page linked above. You can find your order number on the confirmation sent to the email address used to place your order. If you are within the 24-hour window you will be given the option to cancel upon entering your order information. If you do not see an option to cancel your order upon entering your order information, your order has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.

If it has been more than 2 hours since placing your order, it has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
